"I save $210 a month on my energy bill since putting together a Solar Power System"

Creating Your Own Energy Off Grid is Easy and Affordable Here's Why...

Traditional Solar Power systems you can buy and have installed cost around $4000. These systems will take years to recover the intial investment. Fortunately a homemade solar panel system can cost as little as $180-200.

These systems can save you around 80% on your normal energy consumption habits. With my system I've been saving around 70% each month. This is money in my pocket I can use however I'd like. Imagine having that kind of extra money every month you can use as you want instead of paying the electric company?

The solar panel system I constructed took an afternoon to make and install. I'm a do it yourself type of guy but with the right guide and a little persistence anyone can save money on their energy bill and have a fun weekend project.

Here's the break down of what I used...

Parts Used For My Solar Panel System

Homemade Solar Panel

By far the most essential part of the entire project was making my own solar panels. You can either buy the solar panel sheets or scraps. Assembly isn't bad at all. Making these panels yourself will save you thousands.

In order to make one of these you'll need to obtain the individual solar cells. You can get them fairly cheap. In the first picture on the left you can see these solar cells laid out.

To make a solar panel you'll need 36 of these solar cells.

You'll need some wood to place the solar cells on. You'll then need to pass a wire through each cell.

Once wired I covered my panel with plexiglass. Then made it water tight and gave it a nice paint job. Now we've got a beautiful cheap solar panel! Make a few more to meet your power needs and place them either on your roof or in your yard.

battery

Deep Cell Batteries

You'll need a deep cell battery series in order to hold the electrical current generated by the solar panel system.

inverter

Inverter

This is the same inverter I used for my system. Bascially what this allows you to do is take the DC (Direct Current) generated by the solar panel system and convert it into AC (Alternating Current) which is readily used by the appliances in your home.

chargecontroller

Electronic Controller

This prevents the batteries from being overcharged and greatly extends battery life. You can either build one or buy one. I chose to buy one for this project which saved me time.

Save Yourself Time And Energy; Build It Right The First Time

Building a solar panel system is tricky without the right manual. Having a manual that's beautifully illustrated, gives detailed plans, shows you exactly what parts work best to get the most energy out of the system, and holds your hand through the entire process is essential. Don't suffer trying to piece together a workable solar panel system only to have it fail because you used the wrong wires for the panels or a poor electrical system. I've heard countless stories of this happening.

The Earth4Energy guide will give you exactly what you need to start making an efficient solar panel system that will reduce your energy bill. They'll even show you how to sell excess energy back to the electric company. This is the guide I used to build my solar panel system. I would have been lost without this guide.

You can easily start saving tons of money on power by building this system. The manual is cheap and will easily pay for itself. If your in anyway not sure you'll be able to do this project they offer a full 60 day refund. No questions asked.
